Accomplishments in 2024:

• Lowered municipal taxes in 2024 and maintained a A++ bond rating

• Paved 23 streets 

• Completed sidewalk linkages, and repairs, including the corridor from Oaklawn Road to Harrison Avenue 

• Stormwater repairs and upgrades

• Started repairs and restoration of the Department of Public Works and Bicentennial Hall

• Commenced construction of the Police Department and the Community Center

• Solicited and awarded multiple grants totaling close to 4 million dollars - including $1,250,000 for our new Community Center

• Continually seeking community engagement on all projects that serve our community

• The “Let’s Chat” series of roundtable discussions with residents is one example of our commitment to ongoing community outreach 

• Demonstrated continued commitment to parks, open space and natural resources 

• Created the Beautification Committee and the Harding Bird Sanctuary Committee
